  • 2025 – My client was charged with Assault and Battery. He was found not guilty at a jury trial.
  • 2025 – My client was charged with Murder, facing up to life in prison. Following a thorough review of the evidence and lengthy negotiations, the Solicitor reduced the charges from Murder to Accessory After the Fact.
  • 2025 – My client was charged with Assault and Battery by Mob, First Degree (Death Results). That charge carries a sentence of not less than 30 years. My client’s charges were reduced to Aggravated Breach of Peace and he received probation.
  • 2025 – My client was charged with Murder, which carries a potential sentence of up to life in prison. On the day trial was scheduled to begin, I was able to negotiate a reduced charge of Voluntary Manslaughter with the Solicitor.
  • 2025 – My client was charged with Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature (up to 20 years in prison); Domestic Violence 2nd Degree (up to 3 years in prison); and Ill Treatment of Animals (up to 5 years in prison) (totaling a possible sentence of up to 28 years in prison). After negotiating with the Solicitor for several weeks, my client received a 5-year sentence.
  • 2024 – My client was charged with 7 counts of Attempted Murder, facing up to 30 years in prison on each count. I was able to get the charges reduced to a single charge of Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature.
  • 2024 – My client was charged with Armed Robbery and related Weapons charges. The incident was recorded on video. My client had a previous record that included two strikes under South Carolina’s Two/Three Strikes law. With the Armed Robbery charges, my client was facing a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. After extensive negotiations with the Solicitor, I was able to avoid my client getting a Life Sentence.
  • 2023 – My client was charged with Attempted Murder, facing up to 30 years in prison. I reviewed the video which the Solicitor was relying on to prosecute my client and discovered that my client was not even in the area where the gun was fired. The Solicitor dismissed the charges after I reviewed the video with her.
  • 2023 – My client was charged with making a bomb threat at a local school. Before I was retained, my client admitted to the police in an interview that he had made a bomb threat. Following extensive negotiations, I was able to get my client a sentence of probation under the South Carolina Youth Offender Act.
  • 2022 – My client was charged with Murder and Weapons charges, and was facing a possible life sentence. I reviewed the case thoroughly with the Solicitor and on the day trial was scheduled to begin, I was able to get my client’s Murder charges dropped. He received a sentence of Probation on Accessory After the Fact charges.
  • 2022 – My client was charged with Murder, facing a possible life sentence. After a thorough review of the facts of the case, I was able to get the Solicitor to dismiss the charges against my client without going to trial. The State’s primary witness was not at the location of the murder and therefore could not have seen what happened.
  • 2022- My client was facing Armed Robbery, Drug charges, and Weapons charges carrying potential combined sentences of up to more than 40 years in prison. I was able to get my client probation under South Carolina’s Youth Offender Act.
